Iver wins IVO’s IT operations procurement – strengthens long-standing partnership

In the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate’s (IVO) latest procurement of IT operations, Iver emerged as the winner. Since 2019, Iver has been IVO’s IT operations partner, and with this renewed agreement, the collaboration is now extended. This marks a continued commitment to digital development and stable operations.

The new multi-year contract means that Iver will continue to take overall responsibility for IVO’s critical IT services, including operations, user support, network and security services. In addition to core services, comprehensive support is also provided in service management, local support, integrations, monitoring and licence management. Through a complete solution, Iver helps strengthen IVO’s flexibility, efficiency and collaboration, with a focus on security, stability and ongoing development.

The deepened partnership creates the conditions for more efficient and legally secure supervision through increased digitalisation, automated processes and data-driven analysis.

IVO is a government agency under the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, with approximately 770 employees. The agency is responsible for supervision and licensing within healthcare, social services, and under the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments. IVO’s operations are conducted at six regional supervision departments around the country.
