HejMar is part of a Nordic group that supplies textiles, staff, and patient clothing to the healthcare sector and public services through its well-established brands Hejco, Martinson, and Sverre W. Monsen. The company has now signed a new agreement with Iver.
Iver’s assignment includes continued responsibility for operating HejMar’s server environment, now expanded with several new services. Through close collaboration between Iver’s operations in Sweden and Norway, local support and on-site services are provided in each country’s native language. This adjustment has been important for HejMar, which previously faced challenges when support was available only in Norwegian.
As part of the new agreement, Iver has upgraded HejMar’s backup solution to a modern platform with storage in separate zones, enhancing security and reliability. Additionally, Iver has conducted a security review of Active Directory, established a governance framework, and assumed responsibility for managing HejMar’s client environment.
